Linda Bagley-Sohn, Founding Attorney
Linda brings a unique blend of elite legal training, corporate leadership, and a deeply personal approach to her estate planning and elder law practice. A cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School, she earned her A.B. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard and Radcliffe Colleges. Linda is currently attending Stetson University College of Law to obtain her L.L.M. in Elder Law.
Linda began her legal career at the top-tier firms O’Melveny & Myers and Latham & Watkins before joining The Walt Disney Company where she served for over two decades in senior legal roles. Her experience advising on complex legal matters, high-stakes business decisions and long-term strategic planning now informs her highly personalized work with individuals and families.
Linda lives in Key West with her wife, two dogs and two cats. She enjoys time with her adult children, boating, and cheering on the Dodgers & Chargers, depending on the season, unless of course they're playing the Marlins or Dolphins.
